Ireland's Mountain Scenery

Ireland’s landscape is made up of dramatic views, from tranquil rolling hills of the magical midlands flat fertile lands, the extensive peat bogs that supplied warmth for the local communities and the storm lashed coastline, shaped and sculptures by storms over millennia, Then there are the rich Karst areas of botanic interest and the steep, dramatic mountains protruding from the fertile, green landscape and lakes of brown coloured bog waters… all of these Irish landscapes are steeped in myth, legends and fairytales stretching back to the age of the Celts and beyond.
